When AccountEdge sends email on a Mac, it uses the email program set as the default. For Mac Mail, this is set in Mail > Preferences.

In Mac Mail, the return email address will be the one set in
Mail > Preferences > Composing > Send New Mail From [address]

If you are using a different email program, refer to that program's documentation for setting the default email account.
