Information about the sync between Shopify and AccountEdge is recorded in a log file. The Shopify Log file will contain every order (successful and unsuccessful), payment, refund and order customer information, synced to AccountEdge from Shopify.

Log files are maintained in the Shopify Logs folder, which can be found in your AccountEdge Pro folder, or where your company file is stored.  

Use the magnifying glass icon on the Command Center window to open the folder where your company file is stored; that is the location of your Shopify Logs folder.
