When are using AccountEdge Web Pay you can receive the error Invalid pg_return_url when attempting to add a credit card.

This error occurs because of an improper configuration setting in Forte's Payments Gateway terminal.

Until this is actually completed - you will continue to receive the Invalid pg_return_url error message when attempting to add credit cards.

To resolve this:

1. Open a Web Browser
2. Go to https://console.forte.net/
3. Login using your credentials
4. Click on the ‘Locations’ Bar at left.
5. From the results data grid, click on the appropriate location. A page entitled ‘Location Detail’ will be displayed.
6. Under the ‘PRODUCTS AND SERVICES’ heading on this page, click on the pencil to the right of “Secure Web Pay (SWP)”.
7. From the Secure Web Pay Settings, click on the ‘STYLE’ heading.
8. Under the “Return Page URLs” heading, enter in the Return Page 1 as: https://cloud.accountedge.com/achpaymentresponsecharge.
9. Click the “SAVE” button at the bottom of the settings.
