Print Mailing or Shipping Labels

To Print Mailing Labels

  1. In the Card File Command Center, select Print Mailing Labels
  2. Select Advanced Filters if you are not already in the Advanced Filters window
  3. Select the form for the mailing label
  4. Click OK
  5. In the Review Labels Before Printing window, select the card type (customer, vendor, etc.)
  6. Place a check mark to the left of the appropriate card entries
  7. Click Print

Note: You may want to customize the form to which you print.

To customize mailing labels

  1. In the Card File Command Center, select Print Mailing Labels
  2. Select Advanced Filters if you are not already in the Advanced Filters window
  3. Select the form for the mailing label
  4. Click Customize
  5. Customize your form
  6. Select Save Form As and enter your form name
  7. Click OK

Note: You may want to adjust the size of the fields once you have customized the forms.

To adjust the size of a data field

  1. Click on the field once and in the lower right hand corner of the field a little black box will appear
  2. Click on the black box and hold the mouse key down (your cursor will change to a plus symbol)
  3. Move your mouse in either direction and it will shrink or enlarge the field
  4. When you are finished customizing, be sure to select Save As
  5. Name the form
  6. Click OK
  7. The Review Mailing Labels before Printing window appears, enter the number of mailing labels you wish to print and select the cards
  8. Click Print

To Print Shipping Labels

  1. In the Sales Command Center, select Print/Email Invoices
  2. In the drop down menu for Invoice Type choose Labels (Be sure to choose the corresponding labels that matches the type of invoice you use)

Note: You may want to customize a form to match the paper form you have.

To customize the Shipping Label

  1. In the Sales Command Center, select Print/Email Invoices
  2. Select Advanced Filters if you are not already in the Advanced Filters window
  3. Select the appropriate form to use
  4. Click Customize
  5. Make your changes and select Save As...

Note: Once you've customized your forms, you may need to adjust the size of the fields.

To adjust the size of a data/text field

  1. Click on the field once and in the lower right hand corner of the field a little black box will appear

  4. When your finished customizing, be sure to select Save As
  5. Click OK
  6. The Review Labels before Printing appears, choose the number of labels you want to print and select your customers
  7. Click Print
